THRIVE INTENTIONAL PARENTING WORKSHOPS

Thrive Intentional Parenting Workshops focus on giving parents/carers tools and strategies to manage everyday parenting challenges effectively.

I facilitate fun, informative, interactive, engaging and empowering workshops based on different themes - you will leave the workshops with a clear action plan with tips, ideas and suggestions that will help you create the family life that you desire and will enjoy.

THRIVE SINGLE PARENTING WORKSHOPS

These workshops focus on giving the single parents time and space to relax, reflect, re-energize and refocus.

Thrive Single Parenting Workshops provide a safe space for single parents to experience empathy, encouragement, inspiration and a boost of confidence. The workshops will be facilitated by me based on different themes and there will be plenty of opportunities to share, reflect, learn and reevaluate - parents/carers can also observe, listen, reflect and be empowered.

As a single parent, you will leave the workshops feeling heard, supported, empowered with lots of ideas and strategies that will help positively transform your family life, giving you the sort of family life you want and hope for.

THRIVE CO-PARENTING WORKSHOPS

Separation and Divorce can be one of life's most painful and stressful transitions - when children are involved, the process of navigating this transition can be even more complicated and challenging.

Thrive Co-Parenting Workshops provide parents/carers a supportive, empathetic and safe space to come together as co-parents to effectively plan this new phase of their lives and ensure a smooth transition for all members of the family.

The workshops are solution-focused with lots of tried and tested options to explore that will help parents/carers put together a co-parenting agreement and family plan that will ensure the needs of each member of the family are met.

The Thrive Co-Parenting Family Plan and Agreement will successfully launch your family into this new phase and help you create the sort of family life you desire following divorce and separation.

THRIVE GAME CHANGER WORKSHOPS

Thrive Game-Changer Workshops are for parents/carers of children with additional needs - at these workshops there will be opportunities to reflect and bond with other parents/carers; acknowledge challenges and celebrate successes; explore different options of support and create a new vision where your child/children with additional needs and the rest of the family continues to thrive.

I am a mum of 3 boys and all my 3 sons have additional needs, however we are all doing relatively well and thriving. I have also supported and worked with many parents/carers of children with additional needs in various capacities - I bring my unique personal and extensive professional experience to the workshops which helps create an empathetic, parent-centred and family-empowering environment.

The Thrive Game-Changer Workshops help prepare you for life as a parent/carer of a child/children with additional needs - at the end of each workshop, you will have useful information, strategies and tips to help navigate this phase of your life. You will also have a clearer vision for your child/children with additional needs along with clear steps on how to achieve yours and their visions and goals.
